Frankie K. Williams
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Frankie Williams (she/her) is a Land and Energy Management Professional with more than a decade of experience supporting projects across the oil, gas, energy, and development industries. A graduate of University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a background in Professional Land & Resource Management and a concentration in Law, Frankie has built her career on creating organized, efficient, and relationship-driven solutions for complex land and project operations.
As the founder of MLDS, Frankie brings a modern and strategic approach to land and development services, combining industry knowledge, strong communication, and operational leadership to help clients move projects forward with confidence. Her experience spans land data management, project coordination, development administration, and operational support, with a reputation for delivering reliable results while building lasting partnerships along the way.
Known for her ability to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency, Frankie has received professional recognition from Engineering Department leadership and local County Municipality Departments for enhancing processes that better support cross-functional teams and project execution in the industry.

Our work includes land and energy projects, infrastructure and development initiatives, and large-scale city and community-focused projects designed to support growth, connectivity, and sustainability.
While operational excellence and strategic development remain at the core of MLDS, the larger vision is rooted in purpose-driven impact.
Through future initiatives such as Project Water, MLDS aims to help support and fund clean water infrastructure projects for underserved and rural communities outside of the United States. Our long-term mission is to leverage development, partnerships, and responsible growth to contribute toward bringing healthier, cleaner, and more accessible water resources to areas that need it most.
